The Master of 3DSalon has designed the exterior of the building in question as per some plan. This is the only real building whose design is partially correlated with his architectural views. Due to the architectural portion, the work took 14 days.

The concept of a street located in the centre of St.Ptbg implied revival of historical prospective view of the Trinity Cathedral, and construction of three blocks of flats in the area as previously accommodated the old barracks. The procedures for approval by the city authorities and the architectural institutes took 2 years and required a number of albums with detailed images.
